Sprung from the mind of burgeoning song master and vocalist Emma Whitla, Harmonious AChord is a collective that specializes in choral heavy folk music from around the world. Davey White and Emma make up the current core of the collective as its long-time collaborators and shit-disturbers. It doesn’t take much to get them singing folk music from just about anywhere, having sung music from Bosnia, Georgia, Cuba, the US, England, and more local folk traditions.

After honing their songs and growing their fan base in Toronto with their concert series Solstice Songs, Harmonious AChord recorded a debut album, set to be released later this year, with Canadian folk and gospel legend Ken Whitely. The group is now touring Canada and looking forward to recording a live studio video concert.
